Fazlay RabbyMy Work
Every project below is real work for a real business, with the numbers to prove it. Most of my clients are in the US. Yours could be next.
A Texas auto buyer that needed to own local search across three states. I built 100+ unique location pages for TX, FL and GA — no spun duplicates — and managed the Google Business Profiles behind them so each city ranked on its own merit.
Results: organic traffic +385%, 45+ keywords on page one within three months, and lead volume +220%. In Fred Martinez's words: first-page rankings for 45+ keywords in three months, with leads up 220%.
The site could describe the service but couldn't take a reservation. I rebuilt it end to end with a real online booking system and multi-language support so international travellers could book in their own language, on mobile, without emailing anyone.
Results: international bookings +180% and PageSpeed from 65 to 95 — the speed work and the booking flow compounding on each other.
A California store with stalled growth. I ran a full technical audit first, fixed what the crawl data actually flagged, rewrote category and product content around buyer intent, then shipped product schema so listings competed in rich results instead of plain blue links.
Results: organic traffic +340%, revenue +210%, conversion rate +65%, and 12 keywords on page one. Store owner Jennifer Lee saw traffic and revenue move together — the point of doing technical work before content.
A New York SaaS founder was paying for traffic that wouldn't convert. I rebuilt the landing page around a single decision, then A/B tested every section — headline, proof placement, form length — until the numbers moved rather than the opinions.
Results: conversion rate from 1.2% to 4.8% — four times the signups on the same traffic — at a 99/100 PageSpeed score. Founder Michael Parker got the speed and the conversions in one build.
A Florida agent competing against national portals with far bigger budgets. The play was local: neighbourhood-level pages, a properly optimised Google Business Profile, and 45+ quality backlinks earned rather than bought.
Results: organic traffic +400%, page-one keywords from 3 to 15, and leads +180% for agent Sarah Williams — inbound enquiries instead of paid portal referrals.
A Toronto tour operator taking every booking by phone and email. I built a full booking engine with an integrated payment gateway, then layered SEO on top so the new checkout actually had demand flowing into it.
Results: from zero to 85+ online bookings a month, organic traffic +1,100%, and revenue impact +350%. Operator David Chen went from manual booking admin to a system that sells while he sleeps.
The Pattern
Six different industries across the US, Canada and beyond. The industries change; the method doesn't.
Every one of these started with a measurement, not a proposal. The e-commerce turnaround began with a technical audit; the SaaS page began with conversion data. I find the actual bottleneck before quoting a fix for it.
PageSpeed 65→95 on the rental rebuild, 99/100 on the SaaS landing page. Core Web Vitals aren't a vanity score — slow pages lose rankings and abandon buyers mid-form.
100+ genuinely unique location pages for Fred's Auto across Texas, Florida and Georgia, plus Google Business Profile management. US local SEO is won city by city, and duplicated pages get you nowhere.
Rankings that don't produce leads are a hobby. Each build ends in something countable — bookings, form fills, signups, calls — so growth shows up in the business, not just the analytics.
I wrote the code, the schema and the content on all six. No handoffs between a strategist, a copywriter and an offshore dev team — which is why nothing arrives half-implemented.
These sites still perform after handover because they're built on architecture and schema, not on tactics that expire with the next algorithm update. Build once, compound forever.
FAQ
Yes. Every figure on this page comes from a real client project with analytics behind it — +385% organic traffic for Fred's Auto Removal, 1.2% to 4.8% conversion for a New York SaaS founder, 0 to 85+ monthly bookings for a Toronto tour operator. On a strategy call I'll walk you through the dashboards and the before-and-after for whichever case is closest to your situation.
Technical fixes such as indexation and Core Web Vitals usually show within weeks. Competitive rankings take sustained work across months — Fred's Auto reached 45+ page-one keywords in three months. Across my SEO clients the average is 300%+ organic traffic growth, and it compounds rather than arriving all at once.
Four stages, every time: a deep audit that measures what's broken, a roadmap that ranks fixes by impact versus effort, implementation that I ship myself or alongside your developers, then measurement against real data. You get written progress updates throughout, and a reply to any question within 2 hours.
Yes. The US is my primary market and most of these case studies are American, but I also work with clients in the UK, the EU and Canada — the Toronto tour operator is one of them. I invoice in USD, GBP or EUR, and build UK and EU projects with GDPR in mind from the start.
Almost certainly. These six span automotive, tourism, e-commerce, SaaS, real estate and travel — the method transfers because the underlying problem rarely changes: a site search engines can't read properly, sending traffic to a page that doesn't convert. Send me your situation and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
